Shri. Dilip Bhaskar Bhalerao retired as Superintendent of Central Excise in the year 2012 after putting in more than 36 years of dedicated service to the Government of India.

He has a rich experience of many decades in the subjects of Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax, GST and NDPS Act. His expertise lies in identifying the correct classification of organic and inorganic chemicals, dyes and intermediates, miscellaneous chemicals under the Harmonized System of Nomenclature.

The time he invested in the Preventive/Adjudication sections of the Central Excise department while in Government Service have immensely contributed in developing deep acumen to form judicious, proportionate, and unbiased view on any disputed area in the subject matter.
